So Joel and Nicole had a girl and called her Harlow whilst down the hall in the same hospital Christina gave birth to baby Max. Both sets of parents seem to have opted for the traditional choice when naming their kids. But over the years celebs have gone from the sublime to the ridiculous when choosing tags for their offspring. Legendary musician and lover the concept album, Frank Zappa named his kids Moon Unit and Dweezil. David Bowie chose Zowie for his son and more recently My Name is Earl star Jason Lee labelled his child Pilot Inspektor. Where do you stand on the great baby name debate? If you were a celeb would you go traditional, modern or all out weird? Take the poll and tell me your favourite names in the comments box.

I think Max is very traditional but I have never heard of Harlow for a first name but I actually like it...That Jason Lee guy is nuts with the name they picked but I always liked Frank Zappas choice.......My niece named her daughter Oona for Charlie Chaplins wife.....And my best friends grandsons names are Cooper which is cute but Duncan for the other is well a bit weird !!!!!! But they are Hollywood kids so I'm pretty much expecting to see their names someday I just hope it's something good....So I voted for the second one : )

I don't think it's THAT bad of a name, but not a huge fan of Harlow.
Winter's nice, though.
I've planned on naming one of my girls that.

Both my parents are from the south, I've got tons of relatives with weird names.

As someone with an uncommon name and bizarre spelling I can only feel sorry for these poor kids who have the `80 years to look forward to having their name never pronounced or spelt properly.

Harlow is a dumb name. I do like Winter and Kate though.

Hard for me to say, because I have a crazy contraction name inspired by parents love of Japan at the time (crazy, pot-smoking hippie parents...love them though). I shortened it and made it more traditional; but I feel for the kids with the crazy names. It just sucks, seriously.

I prefer the traditional names, but for me it also has to be a strong name, as always remembering your children have to live with these names forever, why give them some weird name you'd make up and let them be bullied during primary and high school. It's just cruel. I chose the 3rd option.

Billie Joe may have named his son with a traditional first name, but the poor kid's middle name is "Danger." I should talk; my son's name is "Ian St. Jimmie." Lol. Yes, I'm a Green Day fan.

I mean its their choice although I think that its is silly to give your child names like zowie.

Something traditional is okay, but something that's unique would be nice. Definately not Pilot Inspektor, though--what was Jason Lee thinking?

I'm naming one of my kids Alaska, and while that may sound ridiculous, read Looking for Alaska (hint: it's not about the state).
